Card donations
Stripe processes card payments on its own secure page and keeps your card details. Cameroon Solidarity Response receives your name, email address, the amount and the date. We use them to send receipts and to keep the records required of a US charity.
Zelle and bank transfers
We receive the information your bank sends with the transfer, and use it in the same way.
When you write to us, an AI service from Anthropic helps us sort messages and prepare replies. It processes them on our behalf and does not use them to train its models. A person reviews every reply before it is sent.
Your information
Donor information is used only by Cameroon Solidarity Response and is not sold or rented. Records are kept for the period US law requires.
